WATER instead of OIL
a significant contribution to our environment

‟The best way to predict the future is to create it”

Overview
Air compressors are widely used in every industry consuming almost 20% of all the installed power in the plant, mine, hospital etc. More than 95% of all the compressors use oil as lubricant for cooling, sealing and having less friction while they run. Oil used in compressors mix with air compressed during compression. After Air/Oil mix is compressed, oil is separated from the air before use. However, the separation process is not efficient by 100%. There is min. 2-3% of oil ( by mass) can not be separated and goes with the air stream to the atmosphere after compressed air is used. A 75 Kw compressor may easily dump 70mg of oil to the atmosphere in every 24 hours of operation. Hence, in a year time 22 kg (approx. 25 liters of hazardous oil is spread into the atmosphere by the most efficient separation system.

In order to understand all environmental defects caused by an oil lubricated compressor, one must also consider the fact that compressors must be serviced at every 2 to 3 months by changing oil, and parts like filters where oil is absorbed. The used oil and parts must be disposed of in the proper way so that there will be no environmental damage occurs. This disposal process is cumbersome and a very costly operation to the compressor users.

Oil, oil emissions to the atmosphere , parts absorbing oil, costly operations of disposing them can be totally eliminated with our new Water injected compressor technology at a very reasonable cost with higher efficiency for a cleaner environment and less Carbon footprint.
Goals
-
Eliminate the use of oil during compression, make an absolute Environmental Friendly compressor.
-
Eliminate Oil Contamination in compressed air thus achieving ZERO Emission for compressor.
-
Eliminate the use of service parts, like oil filters, air/oil separators, which blend, adsorb with the oil in the compressor.
-
Extend the life of water injected airend beyond the life cycle of oil lubricated units.
-
Increase service intervals from 2-3000 operating hours to 20.000 hours.
-
Make Water Injected compressors up to 50% more efficient than oil lubricated units, thus creating a smaller carbon footprint.
-
Use state of the art technology for remote monitoring for max energy savings through artificial intelligence, understanding the momentary compressed air need of every installation.
-
Make all of the above at a reasonable cost to eliminate the price deficiency of against oil injected compressors
